1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 639ph Casino website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at 639ph.org.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a 639ph account and uses the Platform for gaming or related services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 639ph Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in a Player's 639ph Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by 639ph.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts via approved payment methods.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine regulations and 639ph's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 639ph Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 639ph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 639ph.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers to both you and that person jointly and severally.

639ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain a 639ph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 639ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 639ph or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

639ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account if you fail to meet or maintain these criteria. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming on 639ph, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

639ph operates a strict one account per player policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

As part of our KYC obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, 639ph may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by AML compliance procedures.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. 639ph reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

639ph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 639ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 639ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 639ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All transactions conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility unless you have notified 639ph of a security breach in a timely manner.

639ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time PIN sent to your registered Philippine mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognised device.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

639ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit cards, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 639ph Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (the "same source" rule), subject to 639ph's discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• Any active Bonus Funds must meet their applicable Wagering Requirements before the associated Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• 639ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

639ph does not accept or process payments via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit via a prohibited payment method will be declined and the funds returned to the originating account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

639ph offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with 639ph.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are wagered first unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements within the applicable time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active Bonus Funds. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 639ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and in active use will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using 639ph bonuses, or coordinated bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled and their Account reviewed for potential suspension.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 639ph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Jili. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

All games on 639ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. 639ph does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any game provided by its third-party game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 639ph's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any affected round. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Wallet. 639ph is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

639ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or completed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 639ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward 639ph staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Charging back a deposit after using the deposited funds for wagering.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 639ph Platform — including but not limited to the 639ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 639ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 639ph.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your 639ph Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

639ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 639ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

639ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 639ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 639ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

639ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 639ph Players at no cost, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 639ph Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose across all games.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

639ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• The Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account termination.

You may request the closure of your 639ph Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 639ph Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat, providing full details of the dispute including the relevant game round ID, transaction reference, date, and time. 639ph will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 639ph's customer support team, you may escalate the matter to 639ph's compliance department by submitting a formal written complaint to the email address provided in the Contact section of these Terms. 639ph will provide a final written response within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting 639ph's internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over 639ph's operations. 639ph will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Amendments to These Terms

639ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 639ph will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 639ph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 639ph website. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
